    Hi there!

My name is Katherine Rushlau and I am the editor for naturaedu.com. I am so excited to bring you our new and improved Integrative Practitioner Forum, an online community where you can connect with and ask questions of your fellow integrative healthcare practitioners and professionals.

For those of you who are new to our forum, I thought it would be awesome to walk you through it step-by-step so you can make the most of this valuable resource. Let’s get started.

    Step 1. The main page

If you are reading this, you likely landed on our main Forum page: https://www.naturaedu.com/forum/

On this page, you’ll see two lists, Topics and Discussions.

The top list, Topics, is where you’ll see individual conversations and questions (like this one) populate.

The bottom list, Discussions, is where you’ll go to submit questions or topics, which brings us to our next step…

Step 2. Post a question or topic

From main Forum page, click on “Integrative Practitioner Forum” under “Discussions,” or click on this link: https://www.naturaedu.com/forums/integrative-practitioner-forum/

You’ll be brought to a page where you can “Create a New Topic in “Integrative Practitioner Forum””. This is where you can ask your question or submit a topic for discussion and feedback.

On this page, there is space for a topic title (this is where you can put your question or subject) and a field where you can elaborate and include background information or additional details.

Under the “Topic Tags” field, you can enter a few keywords. This is optional.

Last, there is a check-box to allow us to notify you of any follow-up replies to your question or subject. Make sure to check this off so you know when you receive answers or feedback.

Press the orange “Submit” button at the bottom right corner of the page and you are all set.

Step 3. Replying to a topic

If you would like to respond to a question or topic that comes through our Forum, head back to the main Forum page: https://www.naturaedu.com/forum/

At the top of the page under “Topics,” you’ll see a complete list of the latest questions and general discussions. Click on the topic title that you would like to respond to. You’ll be brought the topic’s page, where you’ll be able to view the title and any details or background info.

At the bottom of the topic’s page, there is a box labeled “Reply To…”. This is where you can answer the question or submit your response.

In the “Topic Tags” field, you can enter a few keywords. This is optional.

Last, there is a check-box to allow us to notify you of any follow-up replies to your question or subject. Make sure to check this off so you can keep up with the discussion.

Press the orange “Submit” button at the bottom right corner of the page and you are all set.

Note, all topics and replies must be approved by a moderator, so they may not appear immediately. We try to approve all submissions within 24 hours, and appreciate your patience and understanding.

I hope you found this Forum overview helpful. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to e-mail me at krushlau@divcom.com.
